Noca Blu

Tried to rent an apartment but the leasing team were completely unprofessional. They did not return phone calls or call when they said they would. I gave up and rented somewhere else and the same day I signed the lease at the new place Megan sent me over a lease. It was 2 weeks after I last heard from her and $200 per month more than what I was originally told.

I've lived here since October and so far so good! Management has been a plus- Meghan is really responsive and patient in answering any questions I have, maintenance requests are responded to in a timely fashion (there was one occasion where they were willing to unscrew several door hinges to help me get a couch moved in), and the amenities (fitness room, clubhouse, Amazon hub locker room, etc.) have been nice, especially during the colder months. Happy to be here!

Ive lived at Noca blue for a year and a half and my experience has honestly been terrible. Management was completely nonexistent for about a year. During covid. Typically Nobody answers the phone or answers emails and its just so hard to get anything accomplished. However! We have a new person in our management office and her name is Erica and she is wonderful. She has been the kindest and most helpful person Ive talked to in the entire time Ive lived here. Very happy to have her!

I toured with Meghan recently and I absolutely loved every minute of it. This was the best tour Ive had in all of Chicago.She was extremely professional and detailed. I am a traveling nurse from Baltimore and do not have any knowledge of the city. Meghan took her time with me and provided well needed facts about Chicago. She extensively answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the floorplans and building. (I had tons of questions) She is a great example of how other managers and leasing-agents should be trained. Sadly, I was not able to select Noca Blue because my work transferred me to the west coast last minute. However, This is still my first choice! See you soon.
