As a first time home buyer/looker the initial process can be overwhelming. Dan, and his wife Monica, are very personable and knowledgeable. They spent lots of time making sure I understood every aspect of the process including the mortgage approval, looking for and touring homes, and making offers. They have an in depth understanding of the Chicago market, all the right contacts for each step along the way, and a patient demeanor. I would highly recommend the Slivka group for anyone no matter where in the process you are. They have been keeping constant contact with me, without being pushy, and I look forward to purchasing my first home with them.
