Times Square

DO NOT LIVE HERE! 1.) Laundry room is always having equipment breaking and not being repaired. Mice also live in there. 2.) Police come regularly for noise. 3.) For a while a homeless man was living in the common area and was not removed until there were incidents of "flashing" being reported. 4.) Elevators constantly breaking (As far as I know the service and one of the main elevators are still broke from Mid December) 5.) We have notes from management in the common areas saying "please don't p*** in the stairways." 6.) Generally a filthy building. Carpets are stained and the place constantly smells of stale cigarettes. Oh, and people are p*****g in the stairs.

I agree with other reviewers that under previous management Times Square was a great place to live. In the last year it’s become a slum that I don’t even feel safe living in

I’m writing to warn everyone to stay away. This apartment building is absolutely terrible. There are bugs everywhere BED BUGS! ROACHES! if it’s got legs or wings best believe it’s in this overpriced apartment. It smells really bad LIKE REALLY BAD because they have carpet in here that appears to be over 50 years old and never changed or properly cleaned. The elevators are death traps I along with several neighbors have been stuck inside or almost been crushed by the doors. The property manager really needs to be fired and that new girl that’s all I’m going to say about them because that’s the nicest thing I have to say about them. As a starter apartment Time Square has been below average at best. One word to describe this place is GROTESQUE. Between the cockroaches and other bugs I constantly find running around the apartment common areas and my room I couldn't stand being in my unit/building. The smell of the building and its common areas were also absolutely unbearable, the floors and hallways have not been cleaned for years and the dirt and Cigarette smell would make any guest super uncomfortable. The building is full of random homeless people that are easily let in from the outside and that sleep in stair wells and hall ways of the building. Laundry/dryer units as well as the elevators are broken down every other day making this building a headache to live in. The mail system in this building is a joke, there have been multiple incidents of packages being stolen or not received, which the apartment on site management is absolutely zero help on. In general, this place has been somewhat a nightmare to live in and not worth the price posted. If you can stay away from this property and their management do so. I have never been disgusted and frustrated with a property / property management in my life.
