John is THE MAN! As a first time home buyer my wife and I didn't know much about the process of purchasing a home, John helped to educate us and get us comfortable with the process. I can't recommend him and the team he works with enough. We ended up using his mortgage broker (Brad), attorney (Ernie) and inspector (Philip) all were stand up guys just like John and ensured the process end to end was smooth and enjoyable.

John has made the first time buying experience very easy. He works with top-notch lending, legal, and inspection teams that will make the process clear, easy, and time-efficient. John has made every appointment (open houses, tours, inspections, etc.) on time, and his knowledge of the process and the local inventory was indispensable throughout the whole process. Not to mention, he has above average patience. It took me a while to find my desired property, and John was consistent in showing me properties that met my home preferences.
