Steve helped my partner and I find our dream home in Chicago. We moved from a condo to a single-family home thanks to his efforts. He was extremely patient with our unfocused wants and needs and helped us narrow down exactly what we were looking for. Steve was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable of the Chicago (and surrounding burbs) market. He helped answer any questions I had throughout the process and I feel as though I came away with more "house hunting" knowledge because of his guidance. In addition to finding our new home, Steve assisted with the selling of our condo. I would not have wanted any other person on my team. He worked diligently and tirelessly to get our condo sold. He assisted us with each detail every step of the way. Steve is honest and kind and I am so grateful he was a part of our home buying/selling journey.

Steve went above and beyond on the sale of my condo. From pricing it appropriately for the market, to getting the sale across the finishing line (not an easy feat) I couldn't be more pleased. I never felt like a bother and more like a partner. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions with no judgement. He provided a wealth of resources. I would absolutely use Steve again and couldn't recommend him more.

I haven’t bought real estate in over 15 years, and needless to say, the process was daunting, particularly given how significant a life decision it is to purchase a home. Steve is a lovely human being, and his ability to ground me when I was getting a bit nutty in the process was greatly appreciated. When he didn’t have an immediate answer to a question, he promptly followed up with one. He walked me through each step of the way and now I find myself in a lovely townhome.

Steve helped my family but a 2 unit in Chicago. He was extremely patient and wonderful to work with. 2 unit buildings can be difficult to see, and we had a tight budget for what we wanted but he eventually found us the perfect house. He worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were satisfied and then helped sell our old house in the suburbs. I'll definitely bring on Steve for all future real estate ventures
