I scheduled an appointment with Mr. John Tsiaousis from Chicagoland Appraisals after working with two other companies. During our initial conversation he was very helpful and explained some of the issues and/or difficulties with appraisals. The three unit building is in Hyde Park. He arrived on time, assessed the property in a professional manner, and took extra time to answer additional questions. I received a very detailed report 2.5 weeks later. I would have no hesitation recommending Chicagoland Appraisals to anyone in need of their service.
