I recently used Windy City Flat Roof, Inc to replace my flat roof and do some masonry touch up work.Shawn was one of the owners that wrote the quote, answered all my questions, and was my point of contact prior to signing the proposal. After signing the proposal the other co-owner, Ricky, took over and made sure that the job was completed correctly.I shopped around multiple companies before deciding on Windy City and ultimately Windy City provided the best value. It has been two weeks since they did the work and so far everything is so good. Ricky made it very clear that if I ever have any issues that they stand by their work, so I just need to give them a call.
