My sister-in-law recommended Jim. She said he was the highest bid for the job, but also the most thorough. We had 4 estimates and Jim was actually the lowest bid. In both of these cases, Jim saw the situation in a way other's did not. I think it is a true testament of expertise to be the highest bid on one job and the lowest on another. Top notch service from start to finish, Mark kept us informed every step of the way. We had our garage and house roof redone by an awesome crew who only took a few days to finish the project. When this company comes to do service on your property, they make sure not to leave a trace they were there except for a brand new beautiful roof. All debris cleaned, nails picked up, neighbors areas cleaned and checked for debris during and after the process. Extremely thorough workers. Great price, great service, great experience. We used Anchor Point for minor repairs on a flat roof of a 3-flat condo building. Jim was very communicative and responsive and didn't try to oversell the work we needed done. He was also willing to answer my many questions about our roof in general. We ultimately decided to use Anchor Point because of Jim's responsiveness and communication in addition to his and his team's knowledge and skill. Additionally, a year after the repairs were done, we needed someone to take a look at our roof and provide a report for our insurance company and Jim took care of that for us, which was incredibly helpful. The repairs done a year prior still looked great. We plan to use Anchor Point for any future roof work in part because of Jim's interest in keeping his customers!
