We wanted a solid, local mom & pop business to tackle our huge and unexpected roofing/gutter project and we came to the right place! I asked my uncle, a life long, no-nonsense tradesman for a referral since he recently had his roof replaced, and he didn't hesitate to recommend K&S. TJ and I hit it off from the first consultation, he was very honest and transparent about everything from that point forward. The workmanship and attention to detail were fantastic, the roof is beautiful! I also had the pleasure of speaking with TJ's mom, Katie, a few times over logistics and she was very helpful. Had a patio put in last week and could not be happier. TJ was instrumental in helping us design and chose the materials. Very efficient work, only took 1 week, and the mess was cleaned up well. Will recommend K&S to everyone, outstanding service.

K&S was very easy to work with from start to finish on our project and they did an excellent job. Steve did a great job of walking through the details of his bid along with explaining the different materials they use. Their price was competitive with other quotes we received. The crew was professional and efficient, protected all our bushes and shrubs and cleaned up very well around the outside of the house. Our new roof looks great! Service: Roof installation

We used K&S for a siding, gutters, fascia and soffit project as well as a part of our chimney and new posts for our porch. TJ and his team were great to work with. The work they did was incredible as well. TJ had been out to our house several times before because of other issues. What we loved about working with im was that he never pressured us into doing a project that would maybe fix the issues. He took the time to explain to us what he thought in great detail for us as first time homeowners. When it came to our siding project, he was so patient with us and explained many things that we had questions on. His communication was fantastic throughout the whole process. He also helped us get a better vision for what our house could be and worked with us every step of the way. TJ has an eye for what would work regarding choosing colors and design. They worked on our home as if it were their own. We highly recommend using this company for any project and we plan on using them again if we need to. Service: Gutter installation

K&S Construction is amazing. TJ gave us great options for our siding that only needed a portion repaired and also quoted our roof and will be doing that this spring. He gave us a creative, cost saving option to repair our siding that no other contractor gave. He did my sister's roof and she has people stopping her to ask who did the work.
