They agreed to honor the original contractor's price, which was competitive, and they did the work quickly and professionally, finishing up right before a massive winter storm! Kelly provided an accurate quote within 24 hours of reaching out to Chicago Star Roofing. After looking at other options, we went with Chicago Star based on price and customer responsiveness. Two weeks later, we are still very happy with our decision. The team finished the project over one weekend and took pictures of their great work.

I had some roof damage from a Spring storm that was not discovered until August 2022. I had secured a company to cover the needed repair areas and assist with doing an estimate with my insurance company. My insurance approved the claim and sent checks to the company in early August. However, after the check being mailed to them thee times and they stating they never received the check, the check was mailed to me, (by then it was October). I had been trying to secure a date for the company to come do the work. To no avail they never followed through. Finally, yesterday inhad had enough. I called Chicago Star Roofing. They responded to my call within an hour of me leaving a message. Kelly said they would come out between 2-3 pm, (but may make it earlier). Kelly called me before 2 pm gave me an estimate and sent me pictures of the damage and said they could do the work right then. I gave them the okay to do the work. They did the work right away. I was so impressed with their professionalism and concern with addressing my issue right away and the price to do the repairs. Kelly was very patient as I had lots of questions. He sent me pictures after they completed the work. They cleaned up afterwards as well! I would recommend Chicago Star Roofing to anyone needing any type of roofing work/repair. Kelly was great! Did not show up nor call for a consultation on our gutter issue - very unprofessional, will not be using them.
