I placed a catering order to pick up at 10:30 and my order was pushed to 11am and while I am physically waiting for my order and being understanding of the rush that is occurring, the manager or it appeared to be someone in charge, older women with glasses was speaking negatively of the order and myself. They are petty Im not ringing them up they can wait First of all, you are absolutely entitled to your thoughts but you choose to work at a FAST PACE environment and although there is a rush, you should at minimum respect the customer. Literally poor experience and I WILL NOT ever be catering with Potbelly's again. Retrain the staff manners and behaviors. If they cant handle stress while being professional they may not be a right fit.

Lunch time at these place is no good Short staff plus slow staff makes it frustrating and at the end you can't enjoy your Lunch because of the unhappiness of the service.....

Just witnessed a Karen going off on the employees here. Whoever works here automatically deserves 5 stars just for the fact they have to deal with a Mercedes-SUV-driving-Lincoln Park-Im a Mommy-troll daily.

Workers are so rude. I received no type of good service. Not coming back to this specific location.
