      image I had my finger print done in July for my HME. Was denied, they didn't take a good copy of my birth certificate. Went back in November...denied again because my license didn't show clear. I went to another agency in Hammond IN. They made sure that everything was done right! And HME... I meet the requirements. (Note) I had the same credentials that i previously took to AGB.

      image Horribly run facility! Dont go here for anything! Called for fingerprints to see if I needed an appointment. I was told by employee Michael to just walk in. Drove 35 minutes to facility. When I got there they told me they were not taking walk-ins until 2pm. They could have said this over the phone. What a waste of time my time.
