Fantastic experience at Ship Chicago! I worked with Michelle who helped me overnight my expired passport and was so patient, encouraging, and thorough as I got all of my papers together. Absolutely would recommend! Thank you Ship Chicago!

A great place to ship whatever you need through USPS and/or FEDEX. They also have moving supplies such as boxes, tape, and bubble wrap. So thankful for this store in my neighborhood!

I had a package to return to Betabrand and was directed to Ship Chicago. I dropped it off and payed the fee on Monday. On Wednesday, the same package with the items needing to be returned were delivered back to me. Seems someone made a big mistake on the shipping label. I like supporting small businesses over large corporations and was ok with the fact that I would be paying a small fee to support them but I have to say I am very disappointed in the service I have received. I hope this business takes this issue seriously so it never happens to anyone else. As for me, I will not be back to find out. In response to being accused of giving the wrong information to your sales rep: I told your sales rep that I wanted to return my package to Betabrand, a very straight forward request given the fact that you are a trusted DROP OFF (Happy Returns) location specifically for returns and exchanges with Betabrand. According to Betabrands website all I needed to do was drop my return off at Ship Chicago, their trusted happy returns partner. No boxes needed, no shipping label needed super easy. Your sales rep located my information digitally and required next to no information from me. Im not sure how I could have misguided your sales rep during this (seemingly) easy process.

I stopped in this week and had such a pleasant experience with shipping out something to my sister! The young lady helping me out was such a kind and helpful employee. She even went out of her way to inform me on the stores happy return process which I will definitely go to them for!
