        PLEASE STOP OPENING MY PACKAGES YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERING MY PACKAGES! SOMEONE KEEPS DELIVERING ME AND MY FAMILIES PACKAGES AND THEN YOU RETAPE THEM. YOU DAMAGE THE BOXES AND TAKE ITEMS OUT. STOP OPENING MY PACKAGES!

        FedEx has poor customer service when it comes to getting you packaged delivered to your house. Phone service is difficult to get ahold of anyone. Government needs to file a lawsuit against this company as a monopoly. Clearly not enough players in this business to keep competition fierce so that customer service remains high.
