ADA is highly recommend by me. They made it easy!!! First they came highly recommend by a friend after I tried doing it myself and was some of the best advice I've ever taken. Mission accomplished!!! Finally Approved after the next 1st state hearing! Their staff was really great! Very friendly and informative. Always someone there when I had a question or needed help with anything. I hired Mr. Pierre to represent me in my Social Security disability case. He along with his awesome staff made me very comfortable. I started my disability case with Bender and Bender in 2009. They did there best. After fighting all the denials it brings us too 2018. The case was denied and in the trash can. I felt so hopeless. I get a call from Eddy Pierre Pierre and his staff. They wanted to take my case to Federal Court for wrongful denial. Pierre and staff told me how long it would take for the answer. They were right on target. We won the wrongful denial disability case to which brought it back to a normal social security hearing which was on May 20, 20120. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, will had to do a phone hearing. I am 51 and have had experience with other Lawyers. Eddy was so impressive. He handled the hearing with utmost calmness and professionalism. We won the case and I would highly recommend him if you feel like you have no where to turn. His staff made me feel right at home and answered all my questions! Thank you for taking of me!

Everyone I interacted with was fantastic. They kept me update on the progress of my case, got all my records, and prepared me for the court hearing. It would have been hard enough to do this during normal times, but impossible during these changing times of the pandemic. Eddie Pierre is a knowledgeable and capable lawyer.
