GT Prime Steakhouse

Beautiful restaurant. Everyone was so accommodating. I was running a little late, but they still held my reservation. Of course I called ahead and let them know. The food was amazing! I took myself out for my birthday. That's how this dinner started. I had been salivating over the menu since I found the restaurant on my Google search for a place for dinner. After looking at a few different places, I decided on GT Prime because of the decor. It was definitely the vibe I was looking for. The furniture, the lighting, the design of the space overall. I was in love. The first thing I ordered were the raw oysters. Drool worthy!!! They had all the kick and flavor you want in both the horseradish sauce and the cocktail sauce. Oysters perfectly chilled and definitely not skimpy. Next up were the scallops. I ordered the scallops not because of how they are prepared, but because they're scallops. Lol. And I was not disappointed. Spicy, cheesy, and flavorful. My only complaint is that there aren't more of them on the plate! This is where I struggled. Do I continue to eat half the menu and order the meatballs? Or do I just order my steak, side, and get on with my night? I decided against the meatballs- this time. I was too excited to have the grassfed ribeye. Medium of course. I must say, everything was delicious! The food was so good I'm currently falling asleep just thinking about it! That and the fact that it's really late. Yes. I wrote this review as I sat here eating my birthday dinner. GT Prime did not disappoint! The service, the food, the ambiance were everything I could have asked for. Best birthday dinner since last year!

Probably one of the best steaks ever marked down as there is no place for a goose force fed until its insides nearly explode. No place for that on any modern menu
