This is always a big decision for a homeowner to make. I'm glad I asked friends who recommended American Thermal. They did a wonderful job replacing our windows and doors.

I had a wonderful experience with American Thermal Window. I replaced 6 windows and sided a porch in November of 2022 The window quality is good, the price was reasonable coming in mid-range of four estimates received, and service and installation were excellent.

We had 2 entry doors and 2 storm doors installed.  Couldn't be happier how our home looks with the new doors, the quality of the new doors really improved the look of the house. From our initial contact in the sales room, the visit in our home with the sales rep, to the installers everyone was professional and polite. When we had questions before signing the contract the sales rep returned our calls. The installers did a fantastic job and cleaned up so it looked as if they weren't even there. If your looking for a quality door this is the place to go to.

American Thermal is fantastic and really cared about helping us after Window Depot of Chicago scammed us. Luckily, the windows we ordered were actually manufactured but WDOC was nowhere to be found. Iver and American Thermal stepped in to help, Iver even came out and checked our initial window measurements himself and then arranged it so that our windows were installed the next week taking delivery from Climate Solutions. Their team was very professional and quick, windows were sealed and installed properly and we finally have peace of mind! None of the companies we called before wanted to even touch our order because they all prefer to order and measure themselves, but it was probably a profit issue for them too. Iver and American Thermal didnt care about making money off of us after we had been scammed and they trusted Climate Solutions specs and Climate Solutions trusted them. Once Iver measured our old windows, he quickly verified everything and took on the job, making our lives so much easier. THANK YOU American Thermal!
