Reached out to JC Lilly to get an estimate on some windows that have been allowing drafts into our home.  Justin spent a good amount of time talking me through the windows (ours are 20 yrs old), and that repair may be a better and more cost efficient option.  He even referred me to a repair company.  This type of honesty is rarely seen, and he could have tried to sell me a bunch of windows when some weatherproofing repairs could take care of the job.  I REALLY appreciated this, and will call JC Lilly next time I need window replacement.

I had such a great experience with JC Lilly! The team is very experienced and knowledgeable. Justin was incredibly helpful and patient in educating me about all the various factors that go into selecting windows. He was never even remotely patronizing.  And, most importantly, he was consultative. When I asked for his recommendation he had a clear point of view and was able to articulate why he favored one brand over another. It made making my decision so much easier. As for the installation, Swavek and his crew did a great job. They were thorough in their work. As well as pleasant and respectful to be around. I would definitely work with them again and would highly, highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with JC Lilly. I had purchased a new fiberglass entry door and two storm doors. I had another contractor who was going to do the install, but they ended up not responding when it came time to schedule the work. I reached out to Justin and he was extremely accommodating. Even though they usually install doors and windows they also sell, they made an exception here. They had an opening within two days and we were able to get it done. Everyone I dealt with from Justin to Slawek, Daniel and Peter were all very professional. And the quality of the work was outstanding. They have my highest recommendation. You would do well to consider them for any of your new door and window needs. Service: General door installation

I initially met with Justin, the owner, who came to my house and took at look at the windows I wanted to replace in order to provide me a quote. He was able to confidently answer all of my questions and quickly provided me a quote of two different types and quality of windows. He made me feel like he cared about the job even though he hadn't been promised it yet. I contrast this starkly with another quote that I got that didn't feel personal at all. Once I agreed to the quote, they were able to get the materials and schedule my install date. On the date of the install, the crew showed up at the time they said they would. They were able to do my entire install (12 windows) within a single work day. The other company quoted me a 2-day install. Justin touched base with me throughout the process of waiting on the windows to be constructed and delivered to their facility, and then followed up promptly after the install to ensure I was satisfied with the results. Words can't express how amazing this team is! We live in Lincoln Park on Ashland Ave on the 3rd floor. For the last 5 years we have been plagued with noise and dust throughout our home on this busy Chicago street. Since the JC Lilly team came and replaced our windows and sliding door wall, our lives have changed. We are able to enjoy quiet nights, even during peak traffic hours. Not to mention, we are already seeing an impact with our air conditioning bill. No more leaky windows! We did 10 total windows and our sliding door and could not recommend this team more. Our neighbors have also used them and others are considering the same. Justin, Slawek and the rest of the crew were easy to work with, accommodating and flexible with our schedule, and finished the job efficiently. The quality and brands of windows that they offer are top notch. We are incredibly happy and grateful for this team and will be using them on our next home in the future.
