They came out to do my floors that some other contractors just left sanded and did a Great job. There was even a small spot that was left undone but Adrian came out with no problem and fixed it himself to where you cant even tell. Very affordable in my book. And left a great impression on me. We purchased a condo that had existing maple floors with a worn, dated finish in the main living space. We wanted to have wood floors installed in the bedrooms and have the old floors refinished. Rovins did a great job, They removed the carpeting, installed new wood floors, then sanded and finished/refinished the entire wood flooring and stained it all to match. Like many high rises, the subfloors were not level. A different contractor had concerns about whether they could install the new floors at the same level as the existing and expected to have a stepdown into one bedroom. Rovins handled the leveling problems perfectly, and you can't tell where the old floors stop and the new ones start. The resulting floor is gorgeous! Really updated the look and feel of the whole place.We've even had delivery folks & other contractors comment on how great the floors are. I would definitely call them if we ever need wood floors again and would recommend them to family and friends. Services: Installation, Flooring, Wood staining, Sanding, Maple wood

Found Rovins on Google & took a chance with them for refinishing my floors in preparation for selling my condo. Their receptionist was friendly & knowledgeable when I called and they were able to start the job within a week. Pricing was very fair (around $2.5/ sqft plus .50/sqft for the water base finish) and well below others I consulted ($3.50-$4/sqft). Their techs showed up on time and the job was complete in 2 days. I had 2 types of flooring (prefinished and older traditional installed floors) and they were able to match it! I was beyond thrilled. The floors came out amazing! I loved their customer service. There was actually one small spot that I wasn't happy with and Adrian himself came back out and happily addressed it and made it perfect (he is a Picasso). I can't recommend this company enough - honest, reliable, competitive, clean, A+ customer service! Too bad we are moving because I am in love with the end result.
