OHi

Ohi did a great job bringing my 38 year old house up to date and hopefully putting it in good shape for years to come. Their entire team were some of the nicest people I could ever imagine, but most impressive was Kim, the designer who planned it all. She was really an interior decorator, going well beyond just laying out the room changes, the lighting, etc. She worked with us picking out new dishes, vases, rugs, even dinnerware...making the finished product...our house...something that amazes our guests and makes us smile day in and day out.

OHi completed our kitchen renovation. My wife found the designers easy to work with and it was very convenient that all she had to do was go to their showroom. In regards to the renovation, they did there best to not interfere with us and keep everything as neat as possible as we were still living in the house during the renovation. Their project manager Chris was very attentive to the whole process, and answered all of our questions and concerns that we had during the whole process. He made sure that everything was to our liking as if he was renovating his own kitchen. The end result is something that we are very happy with and reassures us that we made the right decision using OHi for the project.

OHI helped us figure out how to update our home so that it meets our familys needs. While we originally thought an addition was our only option, they came up with a great plan that used the space we had much more effectively. The OHI team helped us navigate all of the design choices and did a great job managing the construction project. We are so happy with our new spaces and wont hesitate to work with OHI again!

Were very happy with the basement finishing / remodel and with the work Chris, Dove, and the entire team did at our place. Everyone on the team was helpful and respectful while completing this huge project. They also came back to fix a few minor issues related to hvac vents that popped up once the furnace started getting used and they also added an extra coat of ceiling paint in an area that needed it.

We cant say enough about the wonderful experience we had with OHI. We had our kitchen gutted, including the removal of a supporting wall. Our project manager, Chris Hilgers, kept our project moving forward and even finished several weeks earlier than expected. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. His crew was dedicated, hard working and professional. Our designer, Teri Meiners, was wonderful to work with and gave us so many great ideas. We were able to come up with a beautiful design with her guidance. Thank you OHI for bringing our vision to life! We would highly recommend them for any home remodeling project.
