Contractor Management Services

I recently used Contractor Management Services to install a new fence for our house and was very pleased with the overall experience. First off, Patrick provided me with multiple samples of a few different fence material options and explained to me the differences between vinyl fencing and the 2 types of wood fence materials. He also supplied me with multiple estimates for all the materials we discussed. The crew that worked on our house put in 2 very long days of hard work, with no breaks other than their lunch break. The final clean up was thorough and complete, the crew did not leave until they gave me a complete inspection of the premises and got my approval of everything they had done. Overall, I will say that I am very satisfied with their craftsmanship and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends (or family).

Very happy with the work they did. They stained my deck and old fence for me. Guys came by in one day, pressure washed everything, then applied the stain. Looks so much better than before! Pricing was a little bit higher than the other quotes I got but it was definitely worth it.

We were trying to find a good contractor in Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates area a few months back. Saw this company on Google and never looked back. They actually answered their phone and got back to me quickly with a price. Had them paint 2 rooms in our home, and may look at using them for some fencing for our yard as well. Great company

CMS was very friendly when we first called for service. We were in the market for a new fence installed and some outdoor landscaping. Turns out they do all of that! Glad we chose them, super professional and easy to work with. Glad to support this local small business
