        After sitting at Supercuts in Schaumburg for 35 minutes and people coming in a being taken care, yes they had appointments. We were never told there was a wait time and upon arrival only one person in a chair and no one else there. Another Person came in and was taken right away as a second stylist came to the front. 15 minutes after we had been there! Called another Supercuts Hoffman Estates and inquired about wait time. Was told no waiting. Went and got Shampoo and Cut! In and Out. Successful Mother Daughter Day thanks to them!
