        Sent an unsolicited letter to my home with photos of my personal property on the envelope as well as in the letter. Yes, the photo was from google images and legal, however, it goes to show that John Tunnell has very poor judgement. He did not think about what a customer would want, nor that a potential customer may value their privacy. If he has that dismal of judgement when sending out cold-call advertising, how could I ever trust his judgement in important matters of insurance?

      Growing up, I always admired Michael Jordan, who played for the Chicago Bulls. He had intense focus during practices and games and always focused on winning. Even when he failed, he couldn't blame himself for not trying. As a small business owner, I concentrate on running a successful business. In doing so, I can’t help but have a winning team and organization.When I’m not working, I enjoy visiting the parks around the city as well as Chicago’s various museums and Shedd Aquarium. I also like going to Chicago Cubs, Bulls and Blackhawks games.Customer service is a priority at our agency here on Devon Avenue in Chicago, and you'll find experienced agents who speak English and Spanish and are dedicated to meeting your needs. As a married father of two young kids, I relish the opportunity to help customers as they make decisions that help protect what matters most: their family, home, car and boat. Stop by and see us!
