Don’t order from them - they look to be permanently closed or perhaps under new ownership. Never delivered valentines bouquet my boyfriend ordered online at 8 am to be sent to my office and they didn’t answer the phone all day so I drove there at 5 pm and they appear closed, completely empty. Will dispute with credit card company. Spoke with a Melanie at 6:30 pm after I left this review on their page. She said they were “busy” and would deliver my $100 bouquet last night. I told her to refund the money and keep the roses. She said she wanted to be clear that I was canceling the order and not that it hadn’t been delivered. So rude to make it the customer’s fault. She also said they are “remodeling” at the store and I told her there was no signage to reflect that, nor is it noted on their website. Also, the place is cleaned out - no construction is going on. She told me 3 times during the conversation that they’d never had any complaints except mine and that they have only positive reviews. I told her to watch for my honest reviews online. Still floored that she didn’t offer anything to make it right OR apologize. Don’t order from them. UPDATE - 2/16 owner replied to my google review, kindly offering the arrangement for free. It was delivered today. Beautiful roses.
