I am extremely pleased with the covered area on my deck. Mike’s craftsmanship is excellent. He is meticulous, attentive to the wishes and needs of the customer, and he works efficiently and masterfully. Everything was beautifully cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Mike’s work.

I’ve worked with many contractors over the years and by far Mike Benjamin exceeds them all professionally. Mike is a trustworthy contractor with an extraordinary work ethic and backs up everything he builds. His pricing is fair and transparent and he literally builds everything himself without assistance. I’ve never seen anyone who has erected a 35 foot structure by himself or single handedly build an entire room extension to a home solo. We have used Mike, of Mike Bejamin Construction, for a variety of projects in our home. Currently he has been working in our basement, where we are in the process of completing large family room space. An excellent finish carpenter, he has trimmed out the entire space including trim around widows and doors, corners and baseboards, and a custom made shelf around the half wall on the exposed sides.of the basement. Mike also hung several doors, including double glass doors at the entry to the new basement rooms. He installed a suspended 2 x 2 foot vinyl "vintage tin look" ceiling over the entire area, which turned out fantastic! On a previous project , Mike did a tear out of vinyl flooring in a bathroom. After replacing the subflooring, he tiled the floor with ceramic tile and tile baseboard, and grouted it. The floor came out to perfection! He even reseated the toilet . As you can see, Mike has a lot of talents, and he doesn't shy away from any project, small, y cares about his work and expects perfection in what he does. .
