        I ordered two sandwiches online, one meatball sub and one subway club. The meatball sub came out fine, but the subway club did not lol.         Sign on the door said, 'Online Orders Only' so went back to my car, places the order, after it took my money, that's when I was informed they didn't have my item for pickup. Tried to call inside since my card had been charged & the girl was NOT HELPFUL, infact, she was RUDE AF & left me without my sandwich & 9.62 taken out of my account. Tried to call their lovely customer service line which is now digital & absolutely NOONE to speak to on this. They stole 9.62 from me! Do NOT use their app or go to this location, it's a RIP OFF!!
