Prompt & Quick service. However the quality of the screen put in my 7 Plus is sub par. The color is off (yellow), Haptic feedback is slowed, blurry/cloudy screen. I would be willing to bet they are not using Genuine OEM apple replacement parts.

I was recently contacted by Sean because I was selling two iPhones on Craigslist/Facebook. He offered a fair price and when I went in a defect was found on one of the phones. We negotiated a lower price and came to a fair compromise on the cost. It was an easy stress free experience! I will be returning when need arises, in the meantime I'm going to be recommending this store to family and friends. Keep up the great work and I appreciated the great customer experience!

They wouldn't even get one star if I could help it, my husband dropped off my computer he left it in the carrying bag when I went to pick it up and the case wasn't with it I was informed that my husband probably lost it but didn't want to tell me, he went on to calling me a liar "we never accept bags" then he went on to showing me 3 different bags is this one yours, how about this one. I was informed I would have to speak to his father now between my other half and I both calling we called at least 8 times and the same guy answers and we are informed to try back later he isn't in. Not to mention my laptop was there for over 3 weeks because the ribbon came unattached and when you look at the underneath of it I am missing 3 screws. Good luck if you take your computer here.
