I went and had a bad first full set put on. I should have said something but I felt bad saying something to the technician. Instead, I called and explained the situation and they immediately got me in to have them fixed. Ricky himself fixed them and was beyond professional. My nails look the best. I will be a forever customer to Rickys!! 10/10 recommend! They believe in quality service! It's a business I will recommend over and over.

Around 5-7 years ago this was my go to place for my nails, but the past two appointments I havent been thrilled. Months ago I went in for a simple acrylic and one color design and it took 2-almost 3 hours. & they looked like the bubble nail trend. & I was charged $55! They ended up ripping off my whole nail bed. This last time I needed my nails done but my new girl was on vacation so I decided to go back to Rickys. I got dip color. They lasted me 11 days until they started chipping/ripping my nails off. Ive been trying to grow out my nails & within 11 days Im back to square one. Im super upset. For anyone wanting a good nail tech go to Pampered Nails and ask for Lona. Shes so fast & she will help your nails grow long without the damage. Her work is top notch!
