I called John and he said he would come out and look at a ceiling vent that is leaking. He did not show up the day he was scheduled but did call the following day and came out to look at the problem. He said he would email me the quote which I never received. I left a message letting him know I did not get the quote and never heard from him. With this being said I would not recommend his services. He cant even return a call. Waste of my time

I cannot recommend J. Yoder highly enough. I recently had an issue with my home that required a contractor. John was not only very easy to talk to and work with, but he and his crew also went above and beyond in completing the project. His crew is efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful. John did a great job keeping me appraised of situations and timelines, and was all around wonderful to work with.

Fantastic!!! We have used J. Yoder Inc multiple times in the past and had a great experience. From Hail damage, flooded basements, and finishing a basement it all went very smoothly and was a great experience. If you are looking for a honest and great contractor for projects I recommend J. Yoder Inc!
