We are buying a brand new spec home but still opted to have an inspection. Doug was so incredibly thorough going through every inch of the house. As expected findings were minimal but one finding was definitely something we wouldnt have found ourselves. His report was so easy to read and understand. Doug is very professional, courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend him for your home inspection.

I'm an out of state investor and having such a thorough inspection report from Doug set my mind at ease and gave me confidence knowing the state that the property is in. Some much needed repairs have been brought to my attention that I would have otherwise been unaware of. The process was very timely, thorough, and hassle free. 10/10 would recommend!
