Front desk and people doing suitcases were very helpful. Big shout out to gentleman doing the Buffet, so helpful.

Should have read the reviews more closely before booking this hotel. The highway noise was unbelievably loud, I slept terribly because of it. It was so bad that I had to ask for earplugs. The room was nice and clean, comfy bed, and clean bathroom. Overall not worth the price due to the noise ruining the experience, but the room itself was fine at least.

We have never had a negative experience with Hilton Hotels and theyre usually our preferred brand, but we will no longer be supporting this company. We had booked at this location, but prior to arriving, the friends we were traveling with advised us to not check in. They were checking out immediately after checking in due to the uncleanly state of their room, the awful smell of their room, and the lack of helpful customer service. The card system was down and the doors had to be unlocked by staff members. We did not check in due to these concerns of safety and cleanliness and received terrible customer service with the request of a refund. If you are paying for a hotel that does not provide basic security and cleanliness, then shouldnt the customer be able to request a refund, especially if its prior to checking in and utilizing any services? If staying in the area, I suggest choosing a hotel with better reviews to ensure a more positive experience and quality customer service.

My sister who lives locally physically went into the hotel to make reservations 2 weeks in advance. When we all arrived the woman at service desk informed us that we had no reservations. Sister got upset spoke up and described the guy who she talked with. He had the entire reservation WRONG! We were set for a week after the fact. Gurrr! We were to have main floor due to one handicap person ( we got 3rd floor) gurrrr!! We were supposed to have joining rooms ( we got rooms next door) gurrrrr! We were told a certain price (they tried to add an extra 80.00 dollars) NOT!!! The place is run down and slightly dirty. The pool had a layer of some film on the water green looking water with mold on the white edges of the entire cool.Pool towels were extremely small basically gross! Wall molding was missing throughout, nasty old carpet in hallways and rooms, room pillows smelled musty/old and left us all with the feeling of feeling gross We had asked for one extra blanket and the young woman at desk while folding laundry on and around the customer service desk replied that she had no extra blankets available. Gurrrr!!! the Continental breakfast was from 6AM -9AM I mean really?? Should be more like 6- 11 AM and everything that was supposed to be hot everything was cold!! One elderly man who worked the breakfast room was the nicest person there. Rooms have No safe for valuables, no microwave, All in all would never recommend or stay there again. We stayed at many other Hamptons during travel and never disappointed this place needs some serious looking into by the BIG DOGS. This place should close for a remodel and select far better customer service representatives. Five thumbs down Rooms: Safety: Lowest as anyone could walk in and go anywhere. Often the front desk was abandoned. Food & drinks: Noteworthy details: Look at the other places near by. There are 4-5 others on same road.
