UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT per the home-printer sign on the door they are not 'Cali Nails' but something like MK Spa - but they still have the giant Cali Nails sign up on the building, which is misleading. Let me start this by saying that I am a reasonable and down-to-earth person. But the terrible service and mediocre skills I experienced today can't be overlooked. I wish I wouldn't have tipped honestly. - The man helping my friend and I was so rude that we almost left. We were apparently inconveniencing him. - He said nothing to us as he filled the water and when my friend said hers was getting too hot, he sighed, said nothing and adjusted her water. - I think the only things he said to me was 'pick a color' and 'ok done' he didn't tell me when to move or lift my foot or anything, just tapped me and I had to guess what he wanted. I'm not expecting amazing conversation but "hello" or "put your foot back in the water" would be a great start. - My massage part of the pedi was him slapping some lotion on my shins. Literally, that's it. - The paint job is only borderline okay. He had to file one nail after bumping it with the UV light thing. Twice. - I had to ask him to give me my credit card back because he only gave me the receipt to sign and a pen. - We were quietly chatting at the drying station and apparently overstayed our welcome because we were being stared at. I had planned to schedule a full set of acrylics as I'm leaving for vacation soon but after this experience I just wanted to leave. I will not be back. Services: Pedicure, Gel manicure
