The guys were great and got everything back together after having a stall shower leak inside the wall. They did drywall in the bedroom and installed a new shower stall after they cleaned the mess from the leak.

Total waste of time. It took 7 weeks to get to honest enough that they couldn't pull permits to do the the restoration work on the house fire. Empty Hope's and promises with Poor communication and lack of consideration during difficult times.

We had a flood three weeks ago in the middle of the night. called five star and they came right out cleaned up the water ,and dried my basement out .

We had a flood roughly 4 months ago. Due to insurance, Stanley Steemer did the water mitigation - so I can't speak on that side of things. What do I have to say about Five Star Complete Restoration? I am 100% happy with everything they have done. You can see the before and after pictures (think after are uploaded first). You can see how awesome their work is here. New floors, cabinets, countertops and trim. Let me tell you about the team. Ryan - one of the best guys I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He and I tag teamed the insurance and he made sure I got what I deserved in compensation. He will fight for you! He knows what he is talking about and a true professional. Easy to get in touch with - either via phone or text. He and his guys went out of their way to help us feel as at home as possible. I can't even tell you how many times they came and moved the washer and dryer in and out of the house. His team, Brad and Scott, awesome dudes that do great work! Not only are they great at their job, they were very courteous of our space. They cleaned up daily and I didn't see a mess after they left, not one time. I can't say enough about these three guys. Ryan, Scott and Brad will make things right, no matter what! They put up with some of my requests, no questions asked. They stayed and didn't say job well done until I was happy. Not only that, Ryan said if we find anything in the future, no question he'll come out and get it taken care of. I will be using these guys for any type of work on the house I can't do or don't want to do. I trust no one more. They are not only a veteran owned company, but local too! I am so pleased to be able to work with them - it was such a pleasure. It was a long process due to circumstances out of their control, but well worth the wait! I'd recommend them to anyone and will use them again!
