Budget Car Rental

Im not going to bad mouth the company. Im just saying that when people rent cars we expect them not to have any issues. Just like when we return them and they wouldnt want them either. My car was lovely just had too many issues. When trying to swap the vehicle no cars are available where I was and when I got back to Cedar Rapids Iowa still no cars. I also was getting charged for weekly rate (no knowledge of the weekly charges until drop off)after extended vehicle rental come to drop vehicle off they want $1239. Whooooa cowboy this not what I was expecting. My card had been swiped and and charged pending on my end meaning balance deducted from my credit account already. I was happy with this rental agreement at all this time now I have to wait for refund of my money to go back to the bank and now swipe my card for the new correct amount of the rental.

I rented the car for 48hrs yet was charged for 4 days because I showed up 30mins late because of bad weather. Terrible customer service and rental fee policy!!

After another rental company cancelled our three rentals with four days before our youth group mission trip, Brinton and his team found us exactly what we needed that same day. They were also fantastic to work with. We look forward to having a long working relationship with them for all our future church (and personal!) travel needs. Very very grateful.
