Clarion Hotel & Convention Center

The location is fair but their service is poor. We were given a package deal with a complimentary breakfast but never delivered the service the next morning claiming that their chef had an emergency. They don't have a back up plan to accommodate their customers.

One of the worst stays I ever had. Rooms were filthy and sticky. The wifi didn't work. Had people screaming down the halls till 2 am and management didn't do anything about it. Food was subpar and the elevator felt unsafe as well.

First, the staff was wonderful throughout our stay so this review is strictly for management. Second, spend a little more and go to a hotel who doesnt have stains all over the hallways and rooms, actually has a breakfast (we were only served one breakfast out of four days and gave bags filled with an apple on the other three), has water that is hot (we had to run the shower for 10 minutes before water was hot) and clear drains (our shower/tub drain was clogged with hair or at least I think, all I know is when I took a shower it was also a three inch deep bath), gives you decent rooms (our first room reaked of cigarettes so we had to get a new one), plug ins come out of walls because they are not even secured in the wall and finally, our last night they had a wedding party or reception - photographer was in the middle of the hallway taking pics right by the elevators and all the wedding guests were taking up all the parking spaces along with being in the entire entry way (we took our cooler out amongst the guests, went out a couple of times al the while having to make our way through the wedding party). If that was my party I would ask for a full refund. We will never stay at a Ramada again after this fiasco.
