Mike did a pre-inspection and a house inspection for us. He was thorough but also efficient as I've heard others taking much longer. He was so helpful in letting us know what was a real problem, what we would have to have fixed, and even suggesting how to do it. He knew his stuff!

Mike was by far a breath of fresh air throughout the whole buying a house process. He was thorough, educated, knowledgeable, kind, and answered ever question I had. He took his time and made sure I understand what he was saying and why. I would definitely recommend him!

Mike was able to work us in to his schedule on fairly short notice but still on the exact day and time we wanted. Mike was on time (actually even a bit early, which I appreciate) and was very professional and easy to work with. He listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and was very thorough as he went through the home. Mike did not hurry at all, taking his time in each room and around the exterior (including inspecting the roof from a ladder in several different locations). I later learned that Mike has decades of varying work experience which all relate to home construction and repairs so is able to provide exceptional insight in many different areas of possible concern to anyone purchasing a home. Mike explained the paperwork in detail at the end of the inspection and was very prompt in providing his full report the very next morning. The report is very detailed and contains many pictures to help make crystal clear the areas of concern. The investment in Mike's services was well worth it for us financially, as well as just the peace of mind. Mike helped us look over the home we were interested in purchasing and, even though the home was not in the best condition, he turned the bad news into something very positive for us and gave us great advice for future house hunting.
