T-Mobile

New customer as of today and extremely disappointed. If I could give a ZERO to this store I would. Representative was rude, had no ownership of his mistake. Manager was even worse. They swapped my sims card with my moms, therefore we had each other's numbers..... they were not helpful and had no interest in providing a resolution. Complete trash employees, hopefully the actual phone service better than they were

I am so pleased with the customer service I received from Drea. I had not been able to use data on my new phone for almost 4 weeks. I had gone to another T-Mobile store in Derby twice about my phone. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix my problem nor did they care and their customer service skills need to improve 100%. I went to the T-Mobile store 856C a few days ago because I didnt want to deal with the rude associates at the other store. She was so kind and worked on my phone for the better part of an hour without success. She made an appointment for me at Best Buy Geek Squad to ensure the phone was working properly. I was told the phone was fine and that T-Mobile signal was the problem although that has never been an issue. I took the phone and report summary back to Drea. I was there for over an hour while she did everything to get my phone to work. It would not. She exchanged my 13 for another one. Never once did she appear impatient with me and she answered all of my questions with such concern. Thank you so much, Drea, for making my experience pleasant. I will continue to recommend T-Mobile but I will not recommend the other store in Derby next to The Joint. They need to shadow Drea to learn about good customer service.

I've had this service for around 10years... It actually seemed better before the 5g roll out.... I live maybe a 10min drive from the freaking store & have ZERO service anywhere around my own home, got their Lil extender thing...nadda, go to store & ask for help...think again, call for help...not gonna happen anytime soon. I obviously just need to change back to Verizon I guess cause nobody will help
