Elliot and Taden were very helpful. Definitely the nicest crew in Hays. I was in the middle of a home move and didn't have the proper equipment to move my appliances. They allowed me to rent an appliance dolly at a very reasonable rate. Great store with a great workforce.

The owner/manager took advantage of my older parents when they bought their snow blower by talking them into an extended warranty for over $300. The snow blower was delivered broken and unusable. They reported the damage immediately, however here we are, five months later, and they have received nothing but avoidance and excuses as to why the item has not been repaired. I drove 4 hours today to try and sort this issue out for them. I received several different stories. The first was parts shortages - despite the fact that there was another snow blower of the same model on display. When I pointed out that they had the part sitting in the window, I was then told that some third party service technician could choose to make that repair. So why hasnt it happened? He had no answer and seemed completely indifferent. I actually work in warranty services. Im aware of parts shortages, however in this case we were able to look up the part number and order the part from husqvarna for a whopping $6.50. This is not something my parents would have been able to do without assistance - thats what the warranty was for. There is no parts shortage. This business simply gave my parents a broken machine and pocketed not only the cost of the damaged machine but an extra $300 for a warranty that is not and will not be honored. Complaints will be opened with any and all agencies necessary. Do NOT spend your money in this store.

Poor customer service. I was promised a call back on a (clothing) washing machine repair for scheduling a time for a visit (day was already discussed). I never received a call or visit. When I called to discuss the matter nearly a week later, the employee was disrespectful, implying that it was somehow my fault for there being no record of the call. After discussing it with their repair man, he came to find out that their had been two orders for repair and the other couple canceled and ours was the one that had been removed from records. He then stated that repairs were only done on appliances purchased through the store anyways so they could not help, which is understandable but was not mentioned anywhere online or during the first phone call. I waited 5 days to be told something that could have been mentioned in a 1 minute phone call. I will not recommending them or using any of their services in the future.
