AT&T Store

My customer service guy was a total waste of time. His clothes appeared that he had worn and slept in them for days and hygiene was horrible. NOT someone that should be on the sales floor. The BAIT and SWITCH play was in. NO Galaxy S22 were in...no free phone. Other phones were not available also. He said I could go to Wal-Mart. Transferring my data was left to me on Google..I'm not a techno geek but knew this was not the only way. .I had a phone with zero phone data or pictures. He had no clue how to set it up. I left with a dumb phone and went to the Great Bend office. SUPER TEAM members. My data was transferred effortlessly and I was set for success. Don't go to this store. Whatever the story is, walk away from this place.

It was time for an upgrade and we were taken care of very professionally, the transition between old and new was excellent and they helped with the change over from prepaid to postpaid, great customer service.

I went in for an upgrade, and Mariah was very knowledgeable and helpful during the process. Very professional, polite and customer service oriented! 10/10

Absolutely the worst cellphone buying experience ever. Came in trying to switch from a prepaid account to a postpaid and when they werent able to make this transition. I was bribed with a $200 credit to my account, but that has yet to happen. I didnt want the elite plan, but I got it anyway because I was told that the manager would take it off later. This was false. The issue lied with the number change. I accepted a new number until I realized really what an inconvenience it was to go to a different phone number. When I went back to this store to try and get this fixed they told me I would (A) lose the promotion on both of my trade-ins for $350 per phone and there would be no credit put towards the account for these phones (B) I was told I could not take my trade-ins back and return the new phones (C) I was told if I kept my old number I would have to pay for the new iPhone 12s that I got in full (D) even after I agreed to that, they still could not process the number change. So the representatives manager got involved, told me that hed have an answer for me the next day. This never happened. Ive since been trying to contact the manager, but my calls get ignored every time. Im at the point that Ive just accepted I cant have my old number back, and Id be happy to accept the $200 dollar credit that was originally promised, but Im definitely not hopeful considering my experience so far. I purchased the phones on 08/20, and it is 09-08, so I think Ive been fairly patient, and I didnt want to be that person that writes a bad review, but I felt like I needed to do my part in preventing other people from doing business here.
