We hired this company to remove two large trees on our property. The owner came right away to give us a quote and the quote number was great. I booked them that same night(5/3) and asked when their schedule allowed for our work to get done. He told me that he would check and get back, I never heard a peep so I reached back out on 5/7 when they could come out. He said maybe the following Wednesday or Thursday(5/11 or 5/12). I had to again reach out on the 10th to see what day. After confirming the 11th, they did show on the 11th as planned. After cutting down about 3 smaller limbs and 2 hours of work, they left at noon. I was very confused but thought since I booked later that maybe they had already planned the afternoon on another job. I continued to keep being the one to reach out to ask when they would be back because they left all the limbs in the middle of our yard killing the grass and huge so it would require at least two people to move. First I was told the next week, then after a few more unresponsive times of me asking, the next week again now two weeks later. Again, I sent multiple messages over the course of another week with not a single response at all. Finally, I said screw it and hired another company that was reputable and only a little bit more but would actually show up. I messaged them once more but this time telling this company that they were horrible at business and not professional by blowing me off, not responding, and not finishing the job they signed up for. I was fed a story about how my neighbor was upset that his tree top was broken from one of my limbs and that they were scared off(the very first time I heard anything about this). They told me that they could still come out in MAYBE two weeks. I told them off and that I already hired a good company to do it and to not bother. I confirmed with my neighbor this was false. Do not hire this company unless you want a non professional person who will blow you off, or show up, give poor quality when they do, and doesnt care about customers. Dont just go with the cheapest quote you get, spend a few more bucks and go with a good company who wont jerk you around. Service: Tree removal

Amazing work! Keeps going until the job is done. This is a family buisness and its not often you see the ability of someone to do such hard, strenuous, maticulous work coupled with the patience and joy that and individual must possess to bring his son and nephews in to educate, train, and effectively execute a task. Very knowledgable, honest and Hard working. I woukd recommend Josh at Outlaw Tree to anyone in need of skilled tree removal or trim.

Im going to comment on the exact same issue that some customers have already. DO NOT pay this company until the job is 100% complete. U will lose out on your time and money if you do. Ive waited 8 weeks for a stump grinding. He refuses to refund me anything and claims its the end result that matters not the timely manner in which the job gets done or communicate. Good work, but unfortunate Ive. He even told three times he will get it done the following week and nothing is communicated nor complete. Services: Tree removal, Tree stump removal

Josh removed 3 trees, 2 pretty large ones, a smaller crab apple tree and grinded down 6 stumps. Him and his employees did a wonderful job! Were very respectful! He is hard to get ahold of but you have to understand all contractors are because they are busy working you can't be on your phone when you are in a tree! They went above and beyond! We have a stone next to one of the trees for a child we lost and I said we could move it it'll needed if it would make it easier on them and they didn't want to move it they took extra care and covered it and cleaned it off when they were done. We also cleaned out our garage while they were here and had some debris in the garage and one of the employees blew it out with the leaf blower and we didn't even have to ask. They also leveled out our gravel driveway without having to ask about that too as well as chopped up a bunch of firewood for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers at the end of the day! We highly recommend Josh and his employees!  I tried to include before pictures I was able to get the small tree from when we bought our house and the tree in the front off google images couldn't get the other tree but I did also include after pictures of all the work

They removed a tree today we lost in the storm. Best price and did a terrific job. Highly recommended
