I have been doing business with State beauty for several years. I have never had an issue in all of my professional years with State. I was surprised at the unprofessional behavior when I called to inquire about normal store hours. I came on a Saturday at 9:40 to Topeka location as I have done in the past. This time the lights were off, no cars were there and no one was in sight and no sign was on the door that anyone had briefly stepped away. The store hours are normally open at 9am on Saturdays. I made a call at 9:52 to the store in Lenexa and was told that the store should be open by an employee. She gave out my personal information without my permission. I received a rude call from the Topeka store manager Christy who proceeded to tell me she got a call about a complaint, asked me what time I was there and she was very rude and said they were open she was in the back and had diarrhea(tmi)...I tried to explain there was no complaint I just wanted to know if the store was open. I hung up as her tone and the way she was talking to me was very unprofessional. The manager then posted inaccurate post on facebook about the situation and I was shocked. I have yet to here back on how the situation has been handled!
