Literally the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Lisette had the worst attitude and she was utterly disrespectful when I wasn't understanding the details she trying to explain to me. She made me feel so insignificant and stupid. I am 63 years old from Honolulu and I have a bit of an accent when I speak. She even asked me if there is someone in the home that speaks better english that she could speak to. I don't know what the hiring process is in this place but someone needs to better train this young lady.
