        Called to get help from an agent (Tim Dehaemers) because I knew his brother growing up. The agent I had been working with had left WF. When the call was answered, I asked to speak to him and when he answered he angrily asked, "Who is this?!" I gave him my name and he demanded to know how I got his number and exactly how I was connected to him. I told him and he yelled that I shouldn't be talking to him, but to his assistant. This is not exactly the best way to gain new clients when they call. I had no control over how I was directed through the answering service and didn't deserve to be yelled at for seeking help. There are plenty of other financial advisor's out there - I would recommend calling them. I know I will be.

        I tried to make a deposit for 700 cash and was told cash was not allowed. How insane can this be? Policies need to be reviewed.
