I called Chris the Monday after Thanksgiving to come check out a deadbolt lock that was spinning. I wasn't sure if it was broken, needed to be fixed needed to be replaced, etc.. Luckily when it jammed it was in the locked position so I could wait a bit, but Chris was able to come out the day after I requested a quote.  I appreciated that Chris let me know right upfront that there would not be a flat rate that he could quote me because he did not know specifically what the issue was so offered me varied prices based on what the issue might be. His rates were very competitive so I elected to have him come out. I found him to be very personable and polite. He was able to resolve the issue in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely not hesitate to call him in the future for any other locksmith related issues. Great service!
