I have bought a groupon for this establishment. I have not been able to make an appointment because they are not accommodating in the least. Each time that I have called to schedule an appointment, per the requirements of the groupon, I have been addressed in a condescending and absolutely rude manner. I have never attempted a refund for a groupon until now but I will most certainly not be going to this salon, with or without the refund.

I had a wonderful experience at iNail Artistry & Spa. My pedicure and manicure were spectacular! I also have perfect service and was treated respectively. I highly recommend this business.
