Logan's Roadhouse

(Just like Sean Shoopman's review) I should have known when I showed up at 6pm on a Saturday night and the restaurant was half empty that it was going to be a poor experience. We saw our server a total of 4 times - 1) To get our drink order. 2) To bring our drinks. 3) To take our order. 4) Brought refills as we were finishing our meal and they were the wrong drinks. We got our salads after 30 minutes of waiting, which is the same time we got our rolls. Food came out - my brother-in-law and I ordered 12oz. Prime Ribs his was easily double the size of mine. I wish I could have tipped our food runner because she had more interaction with our table than our server. Had the restaurant been busy I would have been a bit more lenient in my opinion. However, I know she only had 2 tables, we have no idea what she was doing or where she was during our visit. Would have left 1 star, but the food was actually halfway decent. The service was among the worst I've ever experienced though and will not be returning ever.

We ate here sat night. Even though it was busy. We had a Great Steak and will come back. Our waitress was courteous and punctual. Never ran out of drink or attention. I love the variety they have and the prices are very reasonable. Love popping in and showing friends a great steak place on a budget.

First time at the restaurant...I would call it a step down from a Texas Roadhouse, you would be better off going there than spending any money at this restaurant. We came around 2 pm had appetitizers and the sliders. The sliders were very salty and the appetitizers were just ok. Our server was very nice and attentive, a plus for us. We like to try new places, but we'll mark this one off the list and return to the Texas Roadhouse.

This was our first trip here, and it will be our last. I should have known something was up when we pulled in at 8pm on a Friday night and the parking lot was nearly empty. Friendly greeting when we arrived, great service from our waitress, but the food just sucked. For the money, go to Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse, they are both just a touch more, but the quality of food is just so much better.

Fairly priced. Good food. Service can be iffy...sometimes spot on...other times pretty bad.
