Darren Tuggle & Donna Southern are very unprofessional and your typical deny, delay and avoid type insurance adjusters trying to get out of a claim to increase the company’s profitability. Their insurer clearly stole an item from our company and was even caught on video survalience. They refused to pay the claim even though they saw the footage and were provided all documentation. MGM should be embarrassed of their lack of professionalism and down right crooked practices. Avoid doing business with these people at all cost! They are only out for themselves!
