David and Brad are exceptional. They both are so very efficient, knowledgable, and helpful. Anytime a question comes up, either of them can answer it within minutes and get us on our way. Their knowledge of insurance and policies is top notch and they are able to get us absolutely anything we need at the blink of an eye. We will never work without them here at S&S Concrete, Inc!

Our company originally started using Shepherd Insurance for our Property & Casualty needs. We quickly saw a huge difference in their customer service from other companies we'd used in the past, so we added our Employee Benefits to the Shepherd group, and a few months later, we added our 401K Plan. We are very happy with the decision to trust Shepherd Insurance with all of our insurance and investment needs. They provide supreme customer service and a watchful eye for areas of our business that may need to be looked at to minimize our risk.

David is knowledgeable and super responsive to any form of communication. He answers questions to our understanding and if we need forms (COI) for our customers adjusted or provided he has them done almost immediately. Been in business for 26 years and have gone through a few agents, David is by far one of the best we have had.
