Terrible place. On top of them being very rude people, they sell really low quality jewelry for ridiculous prices. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place theyre completely unprofessional and they rip people off.

My husband took my earring in to get repaired after being told it would only take a few hours and he could returned pick up. He decided to pick up the next day and then they were not ready. No big deal he went back when they were ready and pick them up a few days later. I have receive them, they separated the metal wider than original, putting a bar that clearly does not fit in the area and shows it does not bend and dangle like they did. I have called and explained how the job was not to my satisfaction. They explained because theyre so small it was impossible to repair and that they would like me to return them to Break them again and give me a refund. I believe this is very unprofessional and if they couldnt do the job they couldve informed me instead of messing up part of Earring that was not damaged.
