Jenna Devers was our agent for our latest home purchase. As a Veteran knowledge of what a Vet IS NOT allowed to pay for as a buyer saved us money. I negotiate contracts for a living so I appreciate how Jenna was firm and fought for the best price and terms for us. Jenna was concerned about the health and safety of our family and made it a point to negotiate a home sterilization treatment and air quality test because the home had flooded during Harvey. Jenna was a pit bull with the Sellers to make sure all the agreed-upon repairs were completed, they had told us no less than 7 times the repairs were done even though they were not. Jenna continued to negotiate up until the day of closing to get us a check for the repairs the Seller did not complete. Jenna didn't try to push us into the first house we looked at she helped us find and decide on the home that worked best for our family. I would highly recommend Jenna for her flexibility, always answers her phone or text to let you know when she can, negotiation skills and making us feel like family.
